Miché Douglas is the current Office Manager and Litigation Paralegal at the Law Office of Byrnes Guillaume. Miché holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from The Florida State University and a Master of Science Degree in Urban Studies, Law, and Public Policy from The Cleveland State University.

After completing graduate school, Miche’ grew her legal career while working for various bar associations in Cleveland. After relocating back to Florida, she began working in the Law Enforcement sector on both the county and federal level. Due to her experience and training, she is proficient with providing multiple resources and superb customer service to our clients.

In her spare time, she has served her community in various ways throughout her college and post-college career and is an active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
